'''आलुबखडा''' [[नेपाल]]मा पाइने एक किसिमको [[फलफूल|फल]] हो। यसको फलको स्वाद अमिलो र गुलियो हुन्छ। यसको फलबाट जाम पनि बनाइन्छ। यो रातो, कालो, पहेँलो र कतै-कतै हरियो रङको पनि हुन्छ। प्रायजसो यसको फलको पातलो बोक्रा धेरै चुकिलो हुन्छ। यसको गुदी रसदार हुन्छ र यसलाई सीधै खान सकिन्छ। यसको रसमा खमीर उठेपछि आलुबखडाको [[रक्सी]] पनि बनाइन्छ। सुखाएको आलुबखडालाई धेरै ठाउँमा खाइन्छ र यसमा एन्टी-अक्सिडेन्ट हुने भएकोले केही [[रोग|रोगहरू]]बाट शरीरलाई सुरक्षित राख्नमा सहयोगी पनि छ।
