Hi Saroj, Its hard to find what you did inside "Fixing Redirects". Please add some meaningful editsummary inside that so that it would be easy to monitor the bot.
I have noticed that the bot has added "[[काठमाडौं (स्पष्टता)|काठमाण्डौ]], instead of काठमाण्डौ. here [http://ne.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E0%A4%95%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%A8%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%A4%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%AA%E0%A5%81%E0%A4%B0_%E0%A4%9F%E0%A5%87%E0%A4%B2%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%AD%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%9C%E0%A4%A8&diff=prev&oldid=200878] It's not a good idea to do so.
It should be काठमाण्डौ. rather than काठमाडौं (स्पष्टता). People would like to go to the article of Kathmandu. Lets not make it confusing and simplify them.
