First of all, I would like to thank you for the continued support to Nepali wikipedia. We really need someone like you to expand our collection of knowledge here. The community here is very small. So, we do not have a separate CFD page here. However, it can be discussed in [[विकिपीडिया:चौतारी]]. However, as the community is not very active, it takes time to get a response. About the छ, simply type chha. About kaa or maa, it is kaa. I dont know what dobhase gives, as translation of in is "maa".
