The selection process involves there stage: nomination, written application and final judgment. It is designed to balance critical local input with unbiased external decision making. Local interests contribute first by identifying potentially suitable candidate and then provide essential firsthand information for the assessment process. By the views of experts and analysis of the contribution to the field and public online voting the nominees are selected. Each nominee is selected by audience pole. Public are requested to submit online survey.
Selection notice where announced and distributed by special major newspaper, radio TV's and FM media movie bulletin and movie official statement on a national scale media. Jury committee shall be formed for accomplishment of the award function contributors of filmy field, journalist and qualified person in their own sector, expert personality shall be including on the consent of president of the organization and executive committee. Jury export committee shall consist of maximum of ten members and minimum six members in which coordinator shall be supposed as senior member. Winner of the award shall be announced from nominated categories sixty percent vote from jury and forty percent vote from SMS votes of the people.}}
