ग) Yes, but the convention in all languages is to write v anyway, and you should write v, too.<br>
घ) No, don't change the name.<br>
ङ) In Russian at the end of the word voiced consonants sound like unvoiced. V to F, B to P, G to K. Etc. But in writing it is never done.<br>
च) So in English, and French, and Hebrew, and all the other languages it is always v. <br>
