'''हरिवन नगरपालिका''' [[सर्लाही जिल्ला]]मा पर्छ । यो नगरपालिका २०६८ साउन १ देखि लागू हुने गरी बनाइएको हो । यसलाई नगरपालिका घोषणा गर्दा हरिवन, घुर्कौली र सासापुर गाउँ विकास समितिहरू समावेश गरिएका हुन् । आर्थिक वर्ष २०६८/६९को बजेटमार्फत् मुलुकमा ४१ नयाँ नगरपालिका थपिंदा हरिवन पनि नगरपालिका बनेको हो ।
मुलुकमा कूल ९९ महानगरपालिका, उपमहानगरपालिका र नगरपालिका भएका छन् भने गाविसको संख्या ३ हजार ९ सय १२ बाट घटेर ३ हजार ७ सय ५२ भएका छन् ।
