These are implemented in nepalisabdakosh.com by Madanpuraskar.org which has been making the standards for Nepal in the past decade. In inscript there are some characters that we don't use in Nepali but are used in Hindi.

भवानी जी AWB will not properly with the replacement rules that are used inside Nepaliwikipediatranslator. Some of the rules will work, but we need to take extra caution because को is used in Nepali in different contexts. So we should not replace it in every position.
हों → हुन् is not true for every places. So its like we have to check if the articles are from Hindi. These rules are made in such a way that they will mess up original Nepali articles.
 
Further these replacements if done repeatedly will fill up recentchanges page.. It would be good if you signup with a bot and grant a bot status like BhawaniBot and then operate accordingly. Hi Bhawani jee, If you are having problem installing Nepali Wikipedia Translator in Windows 7, here are some checklists:
# Try to install the application in a folder where you can edit frequently such as : in following folders
::My documents
::Appdata
::Desktop
 
While Program files and C:\ are usually not accessible
Those folders are locked because of "User Access Control " feature of Windows 7/Vista
 
We can get rid of User Acess Control by disabling it permanently however it is recommended that we use the inbuilt user access control (which is meant to save us from viruses and unwanted files changes)
Viruses and malicious program are not allowed to change any files inside those folders such as :
:Program files
:Windows
:c:\ etc.
 
However these also cause some nasty things that we will be prevented to use certain applications and things become somewhat cryptic and hard to understand. It makes things difficult for general users (including viruses).
In the end Viruses become smarter however it is us who suffer in both cases :)
 
The gist is its a bit hard in Windows 7 to bypass security and install normal applications.
 
The other option is to use the application by right clicking the appilcation and run as: Administrator option.
 
 
There might be other issues as well, but I hope this will solve the problem for now.
 
Other issues might be : the dictionary files(HinditoNepali.txt, nouns.txt, pronouns.txt, verbs.txt and adjectives.txt) need to be in the application directory.

:Nepali Wikipedia Translator uses WikiFunctions.dll from the AWB team and DotNetWikiBot.dll. I haven't checked the dependencies. May be Dotnetwikibot uses .net framework 2.0 and AWB uses 3.5. While Nepali Wikipedia Translator uses 4.0 and at the end it might be that we need 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 all the frameworks at a time.
While I got all of them installed in the due course of time, I might not have noticed the problem. You may install 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 frameworks and then see if it works.

Hello Bhawani. It looks you have solved the problem of wrong inputs of े ो etc on newiki much ago. But as u know on sawiki it is yet there. One of ur edits on sawiki was related to correction in related javascript file, but i think it had been already disabled and upgraded to an inbuilt tool of Mediawiki, so it didn't work.<br>
Now, i think we can report it as bug to get it corrected thru bugzilla. But before i file a bug, i want to consult u about whether the version u corrected on sawiki, works fine? Or if any other correction is needed? It would be better if you check out what correction we need to get IM corrected on sawiki. U can answer it on my sawiki page. I'm Michael and I mostly work on Commons. But I also help Wikipedias around the world to check files for license etc. to make sure that they have a valid license. For example I help on lb, ms and hi.
 
I have noticed that ne-wiki has a lot of files without a license. Many of them can be seen here: [[विशेष:UncategorizedFiles]]. All files need a valid license. Either a free one or a non-free if ne-wiki accepts fair use. If they do not have a valid license they should be deleted.
 
Some of the files are unused ([[विशेष:UnusedFiles]]) so it should not be a big loss if they are deleted. Others are in use so uploader should be asked if (s)he could add a license and a source if a source is not allready there.
 
Do you think that someone on ne-wiki has the time and is willing to help clean up?
 
I can also help by adding a "No license" template etc. but I will need some help to find the right templates to add. I would use my bot to assist me so I need to find out if you want the bot to have a bot flag or you prefer it does not have one to make its edits visible and therefore increase the chance that someone notices the edits and add a license.

Once you have some time perhaps you could have a look at the files in [[:श्रेणी:Wikipedia files with a different name on Wikimedia Commons]] and [[:श्रेणी:Wikipedia files with the same name on Wikimedia Commons]]. One or more of the files you have uploaded have no license. All files on Wikipedia needs a license ([[विकिपीडिया:चित्र कपीराइट ट्याग]]) and a source (for example "Own work", "I took this photo" or a link to a website).
 
If you took the photo you can choose the license you prefer - for example {{tlx|self|Cc-by-sa-3.0}}. If you did not take the photo then you must choose the license the copyrightholder selected and make a link to where the license is mentioned. If it is from a website and the website does not mention a license then the file is not free.
 
You can see all the files without a license in [[:श्रेणी:Delete]] (both your uploads and the uploads made by other users) or you can see your uploads in [[विशेष:ListFiles/{{BASEPAGENAME}}]] (also those with a license).
 
Files with a free license should be uploaded to [[:Commons:Main_Page|Commons]] so the photos can be used on other languages of Wikipedia.

Hi! Thank you for your notice on [[:en:User_talk:MGA73#Please_see_.26_suggest|en-wiki]]. I've been busy doing other things but ne-wiki was on my list of things I should remember to check. I'm happy to see that so many files have been fixed. Either deleted or a license has been added.
 
It would be best if uploaders added a "I made this photo" and not only a "self" license. But if the uploader is known to be a good user and the file does not look like a copyvio then I think it would be ok to asume that the uploader made the photo.
 
If the uploader is still active we could simply ask "Hi. Just to be sure. Did you make all the photos where you added a "self"? Or could some of the files be copied from another wiki?"
 
I made a list of files in [[:श्रेणी:Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 images]] and the result is:
